I'd suggest Wilsons Epsom Fiat to a friend because I had the space and time to look around, there were staff walking around onsite and they were very approachable, knowledgeable and friendly team.

I have bene given two sets of keys - one does not work. I have phoned the dealership on Tuesday and and twice on Wednesday - I was told someone would return my call - no one returned my call. On Thursday I called again and expressed my frustration so a lady called Sophie Smith contacted Gary to help me. She sent an email and I was to confirm when I could visit the dealership to bring the car in. I emailed back to say "Tuesday" and could Gary confirm this was ok. No response. So I emailed on Friday afternoon (again), and Monday morning - still no one responds. It's clear that you are quite happy to take my money and not provide any aftercare service. Maybe my email has gone into junk - but I check my junk email every day in work in case I was to miss something important. It's so incredibly short sighted - the car I purchased was an additional second car but in around 12 - 18 months I'll be looking to replace my main car - but I won't come to Wilsons to do this.
